Board of Advisors

Our Advisory Board constitutes industry veterans representing diverse areas of expertise in healthcare, finance, entertainment, performance management and strategy. The Board advises the company on the overall growth strategy, and industry trends.

Clint Brauer

Mr. Clint Brauer has been part of the Internet industry for eleven years in executive roles for major consumer enterprises and consulting firms. Currently, Mr. Brauer serves as Vice President, Marketing at Flektor/ Fox Interactive Media division. He also serves as the General Manager of CyberRead, LLC, a digital content publisher and retailer. It is Mr. Brauer's core belief that we have arrived at the early stages of a new era of marketing that requires a new breed of marketers that can combine quantitative and creative methods. His past experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing, Sony Connect, specializing in the areas of audio, video, books for North America. Mr. Brauer has a passion for assembling and utilizing customer centric technology platform solutions that connect customer support, analytics, data warehousing, direct marketing and business development activities.

Frank Sparacino

Frank Sparacino is a Vice President, First Analysis Securities Corporation specializing in research and investment in enterprise software and health care information technology. He provides research coverage of leading private and publicly traded companies in his sectors. Prior to joining First Analysis in 2000, he spent four years as a sell-side equity research analyst with Barrington Research Associates Inc., where he covered the enterprise and Internet infrastructure software market. Earlier, he was with Brinson Partners, a global money management firm, performing a wide range of duties from portfolio implementation and client service to developing derivative functionality for the firm's portfolio management accounting system. Before that, he worked for KPMG as a corporate tax specialist. Mr. Sparacino earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University. He is a certified public accountant and a CFA charter holder.


Joanna Kuo

Ms. Joanna Kuo has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry, having held a number of executive-level management positions. Ms. Kuo recently retired as the Executive Vice President of Experian's Integrated Solutions business unit, which focuses on Customer Data Integration (CDI), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Her organization provided clients with an integrated view of their customers and prospects.

In April 2001, Ms. Kuo was named to Computerworld Magazine's 2001 "Premier 100 Information Technology Leaders." Prior to her role as an Executive Vice President, Ms. Kuo was responsible for Product Development and Management for Experian's Information Solutions business unit. In this position, she led the strategic development and implementation of Information Solutions products and services, including the company's industry-leading business and consumer credit solutions and services.

Ms. Kuo joined TRW in 1976, holding various positions, including Manager of the company's voice/data communications projects and Director of the company's Information Technology organization within the Space and Electronic Group. She was Director of Business Alignment for TRW's Information Systems and Solutions when it was divested to Great Universal Stores, a United Kingdom-based Company and later renamed Experian.

Throughout her career, Ms. Kuo has played an active role in stimulating interaction and cooperation between business and education. She serves on the boards of number of companies and was a member of Executive Advisory Board Member of California State University at Fullerton from 2002-2004.

Paul Niven

Mr. Niven is the CEO and Founder of The Senalosa Group, Inc., a consulting firm exclusively dedicated to helping organizations reach the breakthrough results that can be achieved using the Balanced Scorecard. Mr. Niven is a noted speaker on the subjects of Performance Management and the Balanced Scorecard. As a hands-on practitioner, Mr. Niven guides organizations large and small in a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 1000 companies, public sector, and not-for-profit organizations, through the development of world-class Balanced Scorecard systems. Mr. Niven has written three books on the subject of Performance Measurement. His latest book "Balanced Scorecard Diagnostics: Maintaining Maximum Performance," was released in April, 2005. Previously he wrote, "Balanced Scorecard Step by Step for Governments and Nonprofits" released by John Wiley & Sons in June, 2003. It was a follow-up to his very popular book"Balanced Scorecard Step by Step: Maximizing Performance and Maintaining Results" which was released by John Wiley and Sons in March of 2002 and has subsequently been translated into 12 languages worldwide. Mr. Niven is also a highly sought after speaker, delivering keynote addresses at performance related conferences throughout North America and Europe. Most recently he was the keynote speaker at the "Nordic Balanced Scorecard Summit" in Stockholm.
